AROPA, architecture design studio based in the centre of Rome, operates in the design at International level , from city planning to the interior design. AROPA follows closely the relationship with customers from the concept identification to the project development and carry out an in-depth executive planning using the Building Information Modeling (BIM), in order to achieve an accurate work-in-progress management. Team AROPA team consists of 10 senior professionals with integrated experiences and competences; such a mix of different background allows to provide to customer an effective value added. The team successfully carried out several projects in the following sectors: Urban redevelopment and design Parks and gardens’ design Residential building s design Touristic and commercial buildings design Plants and Energy efficiency design Interior design Museum set-up in sea and air ports The team has furthermore developed a deep experience in the real estate due diligence, in the management and assessment of landed estates, and residential, industrial and commercial buildings.
